The location was fantastic - very close to the Realto and not that far from St. Mark's, and very near what became our favorite restaurant and a little market too. We liked the ornate furniture too!
I was hoping for a view of the canal and our view was of other buildings. There wasn't a front lobby really, just a desk that was closed at night. No one spoke about the hotel's restaurant - it wasn't mentioned.

Pulito accogliente posizione centralissima il signor della reception gentilissimo, tornerò sicuramente.l'unico appunto da cambiare il materasso del lettino aggiunto perché era affossato

Friendly Staff & Easy Check-In: The team was welcoming and check-in was smooth from the start.
Prime Location: Centrally located in Venice, making it convenient for exploring the city.
Spotless Bathroom: Very clean, equipped with fresh towels, soap, and a hairdryer.
Overall Value: A decent, straightforward stay if you just need a functional base.
Tiny Room & Locked Shutters: The room was extremely small, and the shutters were kept shut, restricting natural light.
Unappealing View: The window overlooked an old, rugged, and somewhat dirty-looking alley.
Mosquitoes: Despite keeping the windows closed, mosquitoes still managed to get in, though this is a common issue throughout Venice I believe due to water being everywhere, rather than a fault of the staff.
