The rooms are very clean. They have great facilities and it is a 3-minute walk to Ben Thanh Market. Customer services is great too!

We absolutely loved our stay here! I'm so glad I booked this place for when we first stayed in Ho Chi Minh and when we arrived from Da Nang. The location was so central to all the spots we wanted to go to, like the Saigon Market Square, Michelin star pho spots, restaurants, cafes, and other shopping areas. The vibe and aesthetic of the hotel was so stunning and amazing, plus the staff were so nice and friendly. Special shout out to Nissa who checked us in and out during our first stay. We also appreciated the delicious and well-presented birthday cake that we requested for a birthday. The doormen were so incredibly helpful. I loved that when they saw me at the bottom of the stairs, they opened the doors and came straight down to grab our luggage without hesitation. This was great after a long flight. The staff in the rooftop restaurant who worked during breakfast and dinner were absolutely lovely. They always made sure we were well looked after and table-checked us when needed. We got to experience the Signature Ben Thanh Double and the Splendid Twin (with afternoon tea) because we stayed here twice. I loved the second room we had the most because we had a view of the city and a little sitting area.

Io e mio marito abbiamo girato tutto il Vietnam e questo albergo è quello che abbiamo pagato di più. Qualità prezzo pessima: stanza piccola, acustica tremenda, si sentivano le persone parlare per strada al terzo piano, arredamento del bagno vecchio. Si è anche rotto il condizionatore e ha iniziato a perdere acqua in camera.
