roosters outside our room broke our sleep every night. Beds too soft and gave me a bad back. TV was very jumping and not good reception.

Everything! Location, friendly helpful staff, facilities, free kayak and SUP hire. Food and drinks were awesome. Even the aPina Colada toiletries brand! I want to look where I can buy more of that in future!

Staff were very friendly throughout the hotel. Beauty treatments in the Spa were fantastic. Cocktails were amazing!! Pool was kept nice and clean.

The bar closed at 9pm which was too early especially when you're on holiday and celebrating birthdays!

Friendly restaurant staff & free snorkel and paddle board hire

Extra charges for anything & everything - got scammed on the WiFi with a dodgy code & forced to pay an additional code. Then charged double for both vouchers with the receptionist calling me a liar until I produced photos to show the original vouchers with the lower price shown. Cockroaches in the reception area. Dirty & broken pool loungers.

Amazing hotel, staff was really nice and helpful. The beach at this hotel is amazing, best one I saw in Rarotonga. And the restaurant serve you right on the beach, which is perfect to enjoy the sun and relax.

Good location and clean rooms. There was a Philipino lady working there and she was amazing. But the other staff didn't seem to care about helping out.

The breakfast included is only fruit & toast, the proper menu is a charge. Wifi is not included. But in general, the price is far too high for what you get.

fantastic location, the staff were incredible and went out of their way to always make things happen. The Lagoon is great and right on the doorstep. It’s right in the centre of Muri and in walking distance of great food places

The location is amazing. It's right on the lagoon. The staff were super friendly and helpful, particularly Mama in the restaurant (for breakfasts) and Mary, the cleaner. The rooms are a good size.

I was pretty annoyed at being charged for drinking water after they advised that we shouldn't drink the tap water.If resorts can't provide clean drinking water they shouldn't charge for bottled. The resort was fairly average in terms of ambiance.

My husband and I loved our stay and will gladly comeback for another visit. The staff(from reception to restaurant,maintenance and housekeeping) made us feel special. Even the dogs on the beach and at the hotel were friendly😀

Nothing to dislike

Location was perfect, there were plenty of local restaurants in the area, plus the hotel had a good restaurant. Continental breakfast was included and there was also a cooked option each day. If you wanted to choose your cooked breakfast this was at an additional cost. The beach was beautiful with plenty of activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking.

Wonderful location in Muri, with stunning views from the restaurant over both pool and beach. Buffet breakfast also really good!! Loved the hot option they give you each day :) Super clean, light and airy resort. Also excellent facilities with free snorkelling gear, SUPs and kayaks!

I wouldn’t ask for another better location. Good for swimming not rocky . Beautiful view.! Breakfast is great because fruits is available every morning plus the choices of hot breakfast Welcoming with smily and cheerful staff.

Fabulous location and beach/lagoon right on the doorstep. Breakfast was delicious but more options would be great.

Our room did not have a balcony or outdoor area as advertised.

We loved the hotel. It is very clean and comfortable and modern and airy and very well located. Our flight was delayed which sadly meant we could only stay two nights instead of three. Really we would have liked to stay longer, but also had accommodation booked on the other side of the island plus Aitutaki, so we were limited. We couldn't enjoy swimming in the lagoon, because it was windy when we were there, but that isn't anyone's fault.The staff were lovely, especially Leila at the front desk, and the staff at the restaurant. Daena helped so much when our flights were changed, and I really want to especially thank her. The food at the restaurant was lovely. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. It was only a short walk to the Muri night market which fortunately was on for one of our nights. Altogether a great experience. Thank you. David and Tina Ps We had a garden view room because of our late change, but actually it was perfect. Lovely and quiet and we didn't spend much of the day there anyway.

Nothing. Some of the negative reviews are actually misleadingly bad. Some people are obviously very picky.
