the location is great for exploring. 15 minutes walk brings your right into the heart of the city, the Arndale Centre and Afflecks Palace.
The breakfast was basic, but delicious and fulfilling
We were a little confused on arriving inside the hotel and didnt realise that the reception was not in the main foyer area. We went in the lift but there was no sign on the buttons in the lift to say that reception was -1. So we went up one floor and then had to ask one of the maids the directions.

The breakfast was lovely and lots of choice.
There were 4 of us in the room but only 2 cups and 2 glasses there.

The breakfast had plenty of variety to suit different tastes. The location is excellent for parents visiting their children at university, with many places to explore within a 20-minute walk.
If cups provided for tea and coffee in the rooms can be changed regularly, it would be better.

I liked the breakfast and the location of the hotel. I also liked the staff.
I didn't like the set up in the room and also the cleaning done for the next night. Very poor standard of cleaning.
