Just not our style egg station was very poor

Nothing really except the food

Situated in good location, walking distance to restaurants, shops,beach, shopping malls, massage. Easy check in & out. Very friendly staff. Good size rooms, good showers, good a/c. Good value for money

Couple broken cardio machines broken, need adjustable bench in gym . Pools are nice but water is warm, so couldn't cool down in pool.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We got the half board package which had breakfast included and our choice of lunch or dinner; we did dinner which included an appetizer, main, and dessert. Super good value. Pools were nice and seats comfortable. Our room was also very clean.

No refillable water.

The room is spacious. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Perfect location. Value for money.

Lack of varieties for breakfast.

Needs more shade over the pool itself. The only shade is at the swim up bar where everyone chain smokes. Not nice for a non smoker. Needs a coffee machine instead of boring standard coffee.

Bed was too hard, and I ended up with a sire back.

This is my second time staying at the hotel, and would definitely come back a third time. The staff here are lovely and welcoming. The pool is great, plenty of seating and the pool bar is fantastic. The location is great, close to kuta beach and lots of restaurants, shopping, massage in the area. The bed was very comfy and good air conditioning in the room. Love the breakfast, especially the egg station but would be nice to see some more options.

The only thing i can say is the bathroom was a little bit dirty.
