Es gab einen Föhn und eine Dusche. Der Pool war super!
Es gab leider keine Aussicht! Und keinen Aufzug zu unserem Zimmer.

Lo que me gustó del alojamiento fue la ubicación.
Los cojines estaban sucios, había demasiadas hormigas en los baños y en las duchas. Se nos inundó la habitación por completo hasta llegando a la terraza por el aire acondicionado, conseguimos que nos cambiaran de habitación al hotel nuevo, ya que aunque se reserve el hotel nuevo te ponen en el hotel viejo. Se nos mojaron todos los cargadores,tablet, etc.. y todas nuestras pertenencias y no nos dieron ningún tipo de solución. El teléfono de la habitación estaba roto y era imposible ponernos en contacto con ellos y estábamos en la última planta, si no bajábamos hasta abajo, no había respuesta.

Property was dirty, mould on most of the walls,pool had dirty green walls from algae,
Balcony was disgusting, with a rusty table and 2 dirty chairs, seems rainy season maintenance stops

The bathroom was very cute and I loved the design on the floor. There was enough space for two people to spread out. The balcony was good foo
I wouldn't recommend booking buses and transfers through the hotel. They can change the time if there are not enough people to go

Good value for money, right in the center, nice pool in the shade.

Spacious room, has a minibar, decent bathroom. The hotel is next to two 7eleven. Clean pool with sweet water (not salty). Free coffee in the mornings and two bottles of water.
The mattress and pillows were hard and not comfortable. The hotel has no mountain view. The reggae bar in front of the hotel is loud and you can hear everything.

room was clean, we were close to bars, restaurants and the beach no more than a 5 minute walk to any night market was about 20-25 minute walk and was very good. pool was really nice, perfect if you want shade just after midday like we did as it was roasting
our main gripe was that we just didn’t like ao nang, definitely a Magaluf type place, pillows also weren’t the best

it was in an amazing location and Ao nang was one of our favourite places we visited in Thailand. the staff in the bar across the road (up to you/ bamboo bar) were so kind.
we had a lizard in our room and the balcony wasn’t the best. the colour of sheets were hideous and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Swimming pool
Aircond not functioning and we do several complaints to receptionist and staff... no solution provided, no other room to change... 4 of us couldn't sleep one whole night due to room temperature too warm... no window in room & also no fan... no staff at counter after 10pm and we all so dissatisfied for this arrangement... no feedback after we raise complaints to owner thru booking.com message...

good location in Ao Nang, very close to the beach, restaurants and bars.
a little grubby in the bathroom including walls and a stain on the towel.
pool is in the shade most of the day but not really needed anyway with distance to beach.

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great! The chef and waitress were amazing and super kind to all of us! The location was in a great place, close to restaurants and bars! Everyday our room was cleaned and everyone did their best to make sure we were always happy! We would definitely recommend this hotel :)

I like the location as it was very accessible.
I do not like the pillows it was hard and big, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Air conditioning and the guy at the desk was very welcoming and remembered my name every time i walked in. Nice pool and great overall for the price.
Maybe some fresher towels, they look well used. But again can not complain from the price i paid per night.

Dirty sheets! No wifi! Only partially hot water, and extreme noise from the street. Its cheap, but come on, some of these things should be in order!

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially khun Som Bat. Location is just perfect, everything is close, not that far to the beach also. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who value convince of location.
