We were thrilled with everything offered at this property. Short walk to beach and town, ice cream store practically next door, plenty of space for all and a backyard to sit back and relax. It was clean and communicating with the owner was seamless. They even left a welcome gift! So grateful to have this time as a family in the perfect home.

Myself and my two school aged children spent a week here and enjoyed ourselves so much! We walked into Rockport multiple times a day to go to the beach, for meals, to shop, etc. The house is in such a great location. We all agreed the beds were extremely comfortable and the rest of the home was everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We would easily choose to stay here again! The owner, Erin, was lovely to communicate with. I had to re-schedule our reservation last year due to Covid, and she was happy to book us under new dates and answered any questions I had!

My two sisters and I, along with my husband spent three days in this lovely home. The kitchen was huge, and stocked. Erin even left us a gift bag of Dunkin Donuts coffee, sugar, creamers, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion! There were four bedrooms, a large screen TV, plenty of books, games (which we played), and the house is within walking distance to the train, Dunkin Donuts, and the wonderful Rockport street festival (in the quaint little town with shops.) Erin's house was so warm, inviting and clean. We will definitley be back. Thank you Erin!

Our stay was just wonderful. Erin is a most gracious host. The welcoming gift was wonderful and much appreciated. The house is very comfortable with great furnishings. The kitchen large with great appliances. Everything you need for a special meal. Short very pretty walk to town. Much enjoyed our stay!

The house was clean, well equipped and convenient to nearby attractions in Rockport and Gloucester. Front Beach is a beautiful spot and less than half-a-mile away. The backyard is larger than it looks in the pictures and very private. There are plenty of beach chairs and towels. The spacious kitchen is well equipped and includes ample seating for dining at the table and breakfast bar. The washer and dryer are quiet and efficient. My wife, dog and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The cottage was beyond lovely! Perfect location (though the street is a bit busy). We loved walking to Millbrook Meadow and into town. Would definitely book again!

We knew from the moment we walked into the house that we chose the right place. We could not have felt more at home. The house was lovely. Erin made sure we had everything we needed and more. The back yard was really and added blessing. We’ve been coming to Rockport for close to 20 years and this home at 6 Granite Street was the best! Can’t wait to stay here again. My only complaint would be that I didn’t book the home for more days.

We were so pleased when we got to this house. It is exactly how it appeared online. It is very quaint. Kitchen is updated and a great size, plenty of places to sit, stainless steel appliances and all the amenities. All you need to bring is the food. The living room is comfortable and stylish. Great tv, all the books and games you can ask for. Four bedrooms - The bed in the room off the kitchen is perfect for kids. Its​ very soft. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable, sheets great quality, big size. Steps upstairs are steep and small but fine if you take your time and hold on. I wouldn't suggest putting elderly or small children in those bedrooms. Bedrooms are big and comfortable just watch your head in the hallway. There is only one bathroom. We loved all the Honest products in the house. We even got the sweetest and thoughtful welcome gifts when we arrived. Backyard was​ great with a table and chairs, chairs for the beach and there is BBQ. In the master bedroom ​​you can hear cars passing on the main road outside the window but I had no problem sleeping because there are very few cars that pass later at night. We walked to beac​​h, restaurants and all the little shops. The​ commuter rail is a block away from the hou​se. Rockport is absolutely beautiful. The beach has bathrooms. It was a fantastic weekend spent with my family. I highly recommend it.

We found our VRBO to be clean and to have good central family areas in the Living Room and Kitchen. Convenient to downtown Rockport and Metro station if you want to hop on and head to downtown Boston without the hassle of traffic. House is close to main road so there is some noise in the front bedroom but we use a white sound app on our phone when we go places that more than covered the noise. Back yard is nice with table, chairs and umbrella *(plus bug spray). Nice touch

This home was absolutely charming and immaculate! The property was nicely remodeled, well stocked with linens and kitchen essentials, and had so much space. It was just 3 of us and a dog, but this house could easily accommodate 6 or so. The backyard is lovely. The location was also fantastic! Two beaches within walking distance. You could probably walk downtown also, but we drove, parked nearby and walked. Be aware the beaches are only dog friendly after September 15, but Halibut state park is a short drive, a must see and dog friendly. The host was incredibly responsive, and the unexpected toiletries were an absolute treat!

We all loved staying in this house!! It is well stocked with everything you would need - from fluffy beautiful white towels to pans, dishes, etc! Very clean and well decorated - it was very welcoming. I was grateful that it was pet friendly, since Rockport is such a dog friendly town it's great having a nice place to stay that welcomes dogs! The beds are comfortable and we all slept well! I stayed here with my husband and my three college aged kids and we had a great time. Nice walk down to front beach, we often walked through the little park with the pond, and it is also just a couple blocks from Dunkin which was very convenient! The walk to beach and town was a nice one, with many beautiful homes to look at. Highly recommend! Thank you Erin for sharing your wonderful vacation home!

Lots of extra amenities. It was nice to have extra beach towels but we could have used a place to hang them to dry. We would use this property again!

My wife, 2.5 year old son, and I loved this house. The property was well maintained, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked, so we were able to save some money by eating in. We spent many of our evenings in the spacious backyard - cooking on the grill, eating at the large table, playing with toys and looking for the cottontail rabbit by the shed. The location was spectacular. Downtown Rockport and the beaches are only a 5-minute walk. There is also a huge playground at the nearby school and Halibut Point State Park is just up the road. We loved it so much that we’ll be back!! Thanks Erin for sharing this home with us, and the generous essentials gift bag!
