The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Even though their English was limited, we understood each other very well, and they made a real effort to help. Great location with multiple restaurants nearby, a comfortable bed, and all the necessary facilities.
The hairdryer was in poor condition and had an unpleasant burning smell.

We loved how central the hotel is. There are plenty fantastic restaurants, excellently priced very nearby.
The market street and mall for shopping is also very close by.
The staff were a delight. The longer we stayed, the more engaging they became. Their recommendations local attractions and Turkish gems, the ladies hammam, etc, made for entertaining conversation and amazing memories.
Room cleaning times were a little vague. A note in English inside the room about cleaning times or arrangements would be valuable.
