Nothing at all

- The hotel is kids friendly. - The aqua park is super for both adults and kids. - Rooms are big and clean. - Pools are everywhere. - You will never be bored in whether in the morning or the evening and in all times because there is always a thing to do. - The quality of the food is super and the snacks are everywhere and they are various. - Life guards are everywhere. - The access of Jungle Park facilities is excellent.

- I really wonder why is the doctor’s consultation costs 100 Euro. I can understand it when there will be an action to take, but it is non sense for only consultations! - As in most Egyptian hotels, there is a little discrimination between Egyptians and foreigners. Smiles and greetings are for foreigners. You can see it clearly when there is an Egyptian and a foreigner walking side by side. As an Egyptian, you will feel it. That is a bad feeling to be felt honestly. As an Egyptian, I missed this smile and this friendly behavior ,especially, in the reception. I really need them to focus on this point and to deeply work on it. - The fridge in the room is somehow is hot not cold. - The hairdryer in the room isn’t strong enough.

Restaurants provide good food but can be better. Yet the staff takes the plate and empty the table the same minute of their closure. Regardless if the giest is till eating or not.

The quality of the entire place does not reflect the price. Starting by the cheap slippery tiles all around the pools (my mother slipped twice).Huge communication issue among the staff, we have been informed of different timings of the aqua park break by several employees(some said 12:30-1:30, others said 12:00-1:30 and last day they said 12:00-14:00. Directions given by all employees are vague and not clear.
