Great location. Lovely pool and spa. Great staff.
Rooms weren't cleaned very well. Bathroom fan filthy. Floor dirty behind doors. Ceiling fan filthy. Outdoor area filthy. Overall disappointed with the deterioration of facility since we first stayed there 10 years ago!

Upgrade to 2-bedroom, nice spa, close to beach, nice views, washer and drier was very useful.
TV difficult to use. Battery on remote?

The property was an ideal location for us. Apartment was spacious & clean.
Needs a freshen up, paint & curtains.

Note: this review is for Blue Water Bay Apartment but was booked via Sandcastles on the Broadwater. The location was great for our purposes and the size of the unit was excellent for a week’s accommodation.
The apartment is dated and needs some attention. Had to rearrange the second bedroom to be able to use the powerpoint, there was mould in all of the silicone around the sink, the kitchen cupboards were disintegrating, fan in the second bedroom was not functional, and there were no trays to cook on in the oven. Management mentioned they had only recently taken this unit over so hopefully it can be improved for future guests.

"Everything. Fabulous location, great sized property, everything you needed was included, and a great sized swimming pool."
