The place and location were amazing. Ercan was at the rooftop at sunrise to take photos of the guests and did an amazing job! Like I had my own personal photographer! It was very central and easy to walk around from

Loved the views from the rooftop, took the most amazing photos of the hot air balloons in the morning and goreme town lit up at night. Was a wonderful stay, the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is situated very close to the main town so it is a short 2 min walk to all the action. The rooms were also very unique, and surprisingly comfortable and spacious.
The stairs up to the room, but a very small price to pay for the views!!

The location was good. The terrace views were nice. The breakfast was solid. The room was pretty nice.
Some of the staff members were rude and accusatory during interactions. We also had some money go missing after our room was cleaned. Didn't feel like we got the experience that we thought we paid a premium for.
