The rooms, the location, the breakfast offerings.
We didn’t love the customer service unfortunately, there was a lady with blonde hair on reception, I would say in her late 20s , that made us feel like we were an inconvenience, she made it clear she was irritated.
Sadly every other aspect of the stay was lovely but when costumer service is poor, that was our main takeaway from the stay at the waves.

We loved the room, it was very spacious, clean, and well set out. We loved how close it is to everything, and being able to hear the waves at the beach at night. Free parking is a nice bonus as were the muffins and fruit in the foyer. Will definitely stay longer next time!

Location was great and close to everything.
The complex is tired and in need of TLC. Room was in a bad state of cleanliness, particularly the bathroom with mold, areas not cleaned ie just skimmed around and toothpaste splattered around the basin walls. We were moved to a penthouse suite which was in a much better state.
