Style & location
It was neat and tidy and had everything we needed as a family but it was very dusty, the wall hangings, plants, wardrobe doors etc covered in dust. Could do with a deep clean. I understand this can be difficult with the quick change over of guests but would definitely be worth doing.

Great location
The outdoor area needs to be weeded and tidied up
Pool needs to be filled with more water

Property was comfortable & clean inside.
Property backs onto a very trafficable road. We could not have the windows open because of the road noise. Furthermore be aware there are permanents living in the complex. The noise from the two units above drove us mad with the dragging of furniture & children stomping around. If you want a quiet break do not stay there.
External windows were that filthy you could not see through them; front entrance porch was filthy with coffee stains - not a good look when you are arriving. Coffee table in loungeroom needs replacement as does front doormat.
