The property has stunning views, even in the rain. Our hosts were great to chat with and looked after us very well. We had a lovely breakfast prepared for us by our hosts who joined us for breakfast. There was a friendly relaxed atmosphere at the lodge and other guests intermingled making it a very comfortable.
The driveway was steep and hard to find from the road. Although in fairness it was pouring with rain when we were trying to find house numbers.

The views are exceptional! The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom floor is heated! Breakfast is continental and very filling. We enjoyed the time spent with Lou and Chris who are so interesting, they even did some much needed laundry for us!

The owners were very friendly & helpful with local information. Hot breakfast served daily with a smile.
Fresh towels weren’t changed daily. Don’t know how to work the tv in room or shared lounge.

Amazing view and great hosts. Highly recommend breakfast in the morning with the hosts Lou and Chris. Super friendly and they took care of everything. Excellent facility. Extremely clean rooms and lots of common space. Good parking spot for drivers. Downtown Wellington is only 10 min away by car. Can’t beat the views.
