Too smelly outside, can’t open the door. Location is not good because of drainage outside.

On 2nd May I stayed in Holiday, staff was good. But on 4th May receptionist GaganDeep, Punjabi staff is not professional at all and he spoiled our mood there as he charged extra though I booked for 3 guests. I had the same booking for 3 days, one in Taj Agra, 2 days in Holiday inn but my second booking with holiday inn the above staff manipulated badly. It made my stay unpleasant there. I booked from Singapore- I was really unhappy and Staff Gagan is unprofessional to manage guests, terrible staff. Hotel must have a good cook too.

Hotel room, cleanliness and comfort. Staff is also good.

Food options can be improved. Food prices can be lowered down as it is expensive.

Some saswat from hotel finalised the breakfast price at 600/- + taxes, but they billed at 900/-+ taxes, met saswat he denied 600/-rates, Ordered veg monchow shop for dinner in room and got a non veg soup, when returned the hotel people sent me two coke can and moong dal halwa as compliment such I don't make a complain...the staff at reception very rude. This is a hospitality industry, one needed to be very polite and courteous....

The pricing of food too exorbitant Saturday and Sunday hotel serves buffet dinner only ( no ala carte)and priced at 2000/+taxes, I wanted to eat rice and dal only . Can you imagine rice and dal ll cost you 2000/-X4= 8000/- ala carte shall be a must.
