Good location jusst 5 minutes walk from the main strip.
It was a cold weekend and the room was initially cold. The heater worked well.
Very friendly at reception.
The bed was OK, a little soft for us.
It was very noisy when people walked up the stairs to the rooms above us.

Clean and comfortable.
Photos show this as being on the ocean front, and it really isn't and is on the outside of town. Although you can see the sea from the lower floor we stayed at, it was not really a view from the window, and the verandah is not a large verandah to sit on and view the beach. The rooms are very dated, it could really do with an update.
