Everything!
One minor criticism. The balcony is lovely with amazing views. Bit is very exposed to sun and hot even in the evenings. An awning might help keep is cooler.

- Nice terrace with a beatiful view of Patitiri port
- The staff was not welcoming at all
- Even tough the apartment was confortable and well equipped, it is definitely not a « luxury » hotel as they pretend to be
- Not wort the price
