Great location, staff was great. It served it's purpose to sleep after Carnaval. Stayed out all day exploring city.
Hotel is run down, bathroom could use updating.
Rusty hinges on doors and light fixtures missing bulbs and gkass shades.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I loved being right by the beach. It was a good value for basic comfort and location. Our room was clean for the most part, and it had a lovely view. The beds were really comfortable. The sheets and towels were clean. Housekeeping refreshed our room while we were gone. There's an Oxxo nearby that we found convenient. We appreciated the FREE parking and Wi-Fi.
The pool was out of service, and we had no idea before booking. The latch on the shower door was rusty and did not work; Luckily, it stayed closed. We noticed a black curly hair on the table right when we first walked into the room. Although the towels were clean, they seemed a bit old.

The ocean from view, the pool and it was at a great location.
The jacuzzi wasn’t on.

i liked that it was right across the beach and was near many restaurants. the staff was very kind and helpful.
the hotel was very old and did not look like what I had seen in pictures. the rooms were not properly cleaned well either. the hotel needs to be renovated from rooms to the pool area.
