Location was fine but Chalets are looking tired and air conditioning is an old fashioned noisy wall unit(as opposed to a modern split unit).

the window type AC was not sufficient for the room size, and the vent positioning was inoperable so directing cool air to the back wall only. Apart from that everything else was very acceptable

Easy contact-free checkin process; nice, spacious and comfortable villa. Great location; the beachside is just a couple of minutes walk away, and driving to Monkey Mia the following morning was very easy. WiFi was okay.

Air conditioning takes a little while to kick in. Needed to clear out a few distracting flies hanging around in the room before we could properly settle in, but such is the climate here.

Facilities are quite old. Window type air conditioner produces much noise. Stove needs to be started with a match or flame igniter.

All good. There was few issues , which should have picked up by the room cleaners or room organisers - such as - the light near toilet doesn’t work , it blinks and blinks.and when rented for 6 people , little bit more plates, bowls for Breaky 😂😂😂. But overall I am very very pleased with the money we paid and the service and hospitality we received . Will 100% book again .:)

Everything was perfect. It included all amenities anyone could require on a holiday. We had the best time staying in one of the units for 5 nights in Denham.

Clean, spacious, functional, well maintained and centrally located.

Perhaps Owner can install functioning locks on the side door leading to back yard area and windows? We were a little concerned about the overall security of our belongings left in the unit as our backyard leads out to the main entrance with no barrier gate. And, the door that opens to the backyard from within the unit can easily be compromised. Maybe crime is near non existent in Monkey Mia? Then again we come from crime-addled NYC. So our guards are always up. Had the loveliest stay tho.

Great place to explore Shark Bay. The villa is very convenient and well located. We had a very warm and generous welcome from the owner who gave us great advice about the area and where to spot wildlife.

Nice size villa. Good location and value for money. Nice clean linen and towels. Easy check-in.

Really old and run-down. In serious need of a make-over. The bathroom stinks because it has a shower curtain that never dries. There were also mice that got into our food inside the villa. We did not have enough bin liners for a week's stay and also ran out of toilet paper. When we arrived, we could not get the gas stove started, because there was no lighter. We had to go and buy one to use the stove. With a nice make-over, this place has a lot of potential.
