2 pools, 1 in the shade; breakfast (great omelets and very good choice); extra services such as laundry were dealt with without any fuss. Quiet location despite being close to main road with plenty of shops and places to eat at Rawai Beach. Lovely warm shower when required. Nice balcony overlooking the pool
No hot water in the sink and while there a plug, it did not keep the water in so shaving was a bit of a pain.

It was in a nice location in Rawai. A bit dated, but for the price it was acceptable.
Breakfast and breakfast facilities were not good. Nothing was labeled (a problem for those with allergies) and they frequently ran out of essentials (coffee, utensils, plates etc.) during service. They always seemed short staffed and weren’t able to keep up with demand for food, clearing tables and overall cleanliness.
The balcony door didn’t close fully and mosquitoes were an issue in the evening. No separate place for smokers, so they’d smoke around the pool.
