They mistakenly missed servicing our room during our stay, but were very helpful in replacing towels when we requested

Second time staying here for work visit. I loved the warmth at reception and the quietness across my visit. I was in a ground level room and which had everything I needed for a couple of nights. Appreciative of the small details of welcome, biscuits and tea coffee sachets. Very appreciative of the magnesium salts for a bath! Not the newest facilitaties but event m everything here was simple, clean and well stocked. Well laid out room, sturdy, safe, and restful. Thank you Taryn and the team.

Its a small thing, but if it were up to me, id love a little bit more water pressure for the showers. But the temperature was spot on. Maybe a slightly more plush mattress but that's a personal taste thing. Medium firm was fine. The rooms are not soundproofed, so I could sometimes hear my neighbours banter. Nobody was being intentionally rowdy though, and this part of town is pretty quiet generally, so i got through some of the daytime ambience alright. This location doesn't allow for in room cooking, which might be something to bear for a longer stay. That said, the small fridge, kettle and microwave served my needs just fine.
