location, facilities, cleanliness and value for money.
The older style aircons didn't have power switch near by, but they provided extension cord.

It was quiet, calm and comfortable. Close to the strand and clean and tidy. The owners are very accommodating and kind people.
Bed was a bit hard for me but I sleep in extra soft at home. Not the hotels fault.
People from other units not sticking to their units assigned car parks.. also not the hotels fault.

Location was great and bed was comfortable. Unit was clean and spacious.
No outdoor seating area other than 2 plastic chairs right outside the door. Guest in unit next to us sitting and smoking basically on our doorstep. People sitting and drinking alcohol in car park at 8am in the morning was a bit off putting as we were heading out for the day and leaving our car there. Perhaps some nice seating around the pool. Only enough hot water for one person to have a shower then 30 minute wait for it to heat up again. Couch smelt and could do with a good clean.
