Facilities are great, staff are exceptional and cost just right
Balcony is too close to an opposite one

Great location and the room was lovely and very big.
A bit more expensive than we have paid for properties in the past at Noosaville.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed and a good kitchen. Spacious and clean.
Lounge scatter cushions and verandah chair cushions could do with a wash. Extra towel per guest instead of one.

Good position
The bed was awful so hard we couldn’t sleep even the lounge was uncomfortable. We actually checked out a day early we couldn’t face the thought of another night in that bed
