Infinito Hotel and Spa

The lobby and lounge area are beautiful, as are the pool and hot spring baths. My room was fabulously comfortable, I really enjoyed the oceanview balcony with the private bath. Included dining was amazing, incredible attention to detail in the presentation and preparation of all the food. Most of all the staff were excellent, they maintained a serene and comfortable atmosphere, they knew me by name, anticipated my needs, and were exceptionally accommodating of any request.

I wished that the gym would have had some more equipment available. A small weights rack and a single bench would make a world of difference. A minor but annoying design problem in the room was that the top of the tea and coffee nook was right at head height. I bumped my head more than once when trying to reach to the back of the nook. I would have appreciated a smart tv in the room. Unfortunately the pillows to be flat and not very comfortable.

L'hotel è meraviglioso! La struttura è pulita, curata e accogliente. Ci sono aree relax, piscina, palestra e anche un centro massaggi. Gli onsen sono incredibilmente belli, puliti e mai affollati. Mi è capitato in due giorni di soggiorno di essere anche sola nelle vasche. La camera era molto grande, con una vista stupenda e il servizio di pulizia della stanza c'è ogni giorno! L'hotel offre il servizio navetta comodissimo, gli orari combaciano perfettamente con quelli di apertura e chiusura delle varia attività. La posizione dell' hotel è in collina un po' dislocata, ma questo dal mio punto di vista è un vantaggio, per diversi motivi: il silenzio, la vista e la sicurezza (tsunami). Il cibo era davvero ottimo, sono intollerante al lattosio e tutti sono stati davvero attenti. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più però è stato lo staff. Di solito ci sono una o due persone gentili, ma qui, lo erano tutti, ma davvero tutti! Accoglienti, calorosi, premurosi e simpatici. Veramente grazie! È stato un soggiorno bellissimo!!

Assolutamente nulla. Tutto perfetto. Non è una critica assolutamente, ma sarebbe stupendo se in futuro ci fosse anche un area amusement.

Fantastic stay for the family. The location was at top of the mountain and the view from the room down to the beach and ocean was excellent. Excellent public baths too with nice views to the beach and ocean. Buffet breakfast in the western restaurant serves both Japanese and Western food. There are two time slots which can be booked when checking in.

A few dead insects in the room but probably inevitable due to the close location to nature.

Beautiful onsen with lovely rotenburo and sauna. Our annex suite was very spacious and had a separate bedroom and tatami area with dividing doors, which was perfect for traveling with a friend. It was essentially a 2-bedroom layout.

The location is far from town. The hotel shuttle is very convenient during the morning and afternoon, but it only runs until 6pm if you're not eating at the hotel. Taxis aren't widely available in Shirahama, so it's possible to get stranded. The breakfast/dinner is quite expensive and only at set timeframes. It would be nice if there was a more casual option. The pool is closed outside of May - October. The gym machines are quite limited and there are no free weights.
