The accommodation and the view of the pool. Also how easy the staff made our move when we upgraded.

Need chairs and table on bottom balcony. Even fold up ones. Watching the kids jumping off the rocks on the waterfall.

It would have been nice to not be next to the work station areas and be further away next time we visit we really enjoy the macaw mansion just not being right next to the staff.

Moved away from the staff location and maybe a washing machine or at least a dryer in the macaw mansion

Make up mirrors were great! Master bedroom had a tv which was nice. Beds were comfortable. Nice modern cabin. lots of comforts & enough space. Kids activities on weekends were great!

Parking was tight. Sliding doors made it so you could hear everything else going on in the cabin. Bunks were a bit dangerous & should be allowed to remove ladder to top bunk for younger children. Wifi was terrible. More seating needed outside on patio.

central to all our gold coast needs. Secluded, out of the way but that was a bonus. very quiet despite the park being full.

The facilities were amazing and really well maintained - it has a great pool, over 20 exotic birds, 2 playgrounds and a lovely walk around the perimeter of the park. Cabins were basic, but clean and comfortable. We stayed over Easter and they put on lots of activities for the kids (easter egg hunt, arts & craft etc) Great for a families and budget friendly. We'd definitely stay there again.

You'd really need a car if you were to stay here - you can walk to a local supermarket, but for ease of getting around a car is needed.

Loved how close and convenient Ashmore was to surfers
