Our stay was very pleasant. The host made us feel welcome and was very nice. The check-in instructions were also very clear. The hotel is beautiful and has a lot of charm. Our room was very clean, spacious and cozy and had the loveliest view on the town square.

The mattresses were a bit too hard and the pillow a bit too soft, but that is a personal preference.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questa bellissima struttura a Sineu e ne siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti. La posizione è fantastica: si trova proprio nel cuore del paese, sulla piazza principale, con un comodo parcheggio proprio di fronte. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa, accogliente e soprattutto impeccabilmente pulita. Catiana è una proprietaria splendida, gentilissima e sempre disponibile, capace di farti sentire subito a casa. Sineu è un paese tranquillo e autentico, perfetto per vivere un lato più genuino di Maiorca. Inoltre, grazie alla sua posizione centrale, in circa 40 minuti di macchina si riesce a raggiungere praticamente ogni angolo dell’isola. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, che consigliamo assolutamente. Torneremo sicuramente!

Although we received several warnings after booking that late-night arrivals were not accepted in order to preserve quiet for other guests, the hotel kindly accommodated our request for a late check-in, as we arrived by car around midnight. We really appreciated this flexibility. The room was clean, the air conditioning and fridge worked well, and two small bottles of water were provided. There is also a pleasant hotel terrace where guests can sit, and downstairs guests could use a kettle and make tea or coffee (was available there). Ms Catiana sent us clear check-in, arrival and parking instructions by WhatsApp, including a video, and she speaks English very well.

The main issue was the noise. It was not just occasional noise, but really NOISE, almost from evening until check-out. This was particularly strange after receiving several messages saying that late-night arrivals were not accepted in order to respect silence for guests. Because of this, we expected an extremely quiet, almost “library-style” atmosphere. During our five-night stay, however, we could not rest calmly: installation of the Wednesday market, with metal structures being assembled almost next to our window at around 5 a.m.; the market itself; music concerts on the square; children riding bikes nearby; people passing by; and general activity around the hotel. The walls and especially the windows seemed to let in almost everything happening outside. Reading similar reviews afterwards became much more understandable. The hotel replied to another noise complaint: “We are in the center of a town, social activities take place in the squares and there are unavoidable noises like in all towns around the world. Perhaps you should have booked in a rural guesthouse far from any population where people generate noise.” Considering this and our own experience, I recommend checking previous noise-related reviews before booking. For a longer stay, this can become exhausting. Some noise is expected in a town centre, but this makes proper sound insulation even more important. Better windows should be a priority. The room key has an extremely large and heavy metal key fob attached to it and forbidden to be taken outside the hotel, so it must be left in a key box, while you carry another key for that box and another for the main entrance you lock. The many restrictions, including no visitors, various “do not” notices and credit-card details for a security deposit, also create a less welcoming atmosphere. Parking is possible nearby, but Wednesday-market restrictions and other local events can make it challenging, especially if you carefully follow all signs and rules.

Il giardino

Arrivate alla struttura non c'era nessuno, negata la possibilita' di avere un caffe' o te perche' non avevano la macchina ne un bollitore dell'acqua. Il prezzo alto per una struttura senza servizi. La mattina della partenza mi sono sentita male..ho chiesto di ritardare il checking out di 15min ma la signora non ha accettato. La sig.ra Catiana era molto indisponente.
