Gorgeous place! We stayed in 7 hotels in China & this one was by far the best. Super profesional, good spoken english, sparkling clean, we didn’t realize the location was literally adjacent to a metro station/shopping center. THE BREAKFAST, we loved it. Best breakfast of all the hotels we stayed!! Breakfast is super varied from western to eastern. The eastern dishes were super tasty too! We wished this hotel chain was at all cities we went to! Beds were comfy.
Only comment is to provide charger plug at both sides of the bed, not just one.

The hotel location is great, next to a mall. The staff is friendly. there were some issues happened during the stay, they were able to attend it quickly. Gym is nice, but no spa service.
However, the facilities in room are old. The closet door couldn't close properly, and the iron was broken. The housekeeping left the dirty bed sheets on the floor, I found out when I returned to the room at 10pm. Charging station didn't work for charging a computer, so I had to go to a cafe area in second floor to charge my work computer.
