Location was good
There was a constant buzzing noise in the room.
Had to ask reception to switch of A/C….still the noise.
Had little sleep for three nights!
Staff uninterested.
Bathroom was a ‘wet room’ therefore everything got drenched during taking a shower.
Room was very small and soulless.

The hotel's location is very convenient. The staff is quite helpful (although the one who greeted us during check in looked quite grumpy).
The room is clean, but not clean enough; we found small ants loitering around the vanity desk and near the bathroom sink. Nothing disruptive, but we were just wondering where they came from, as we didn't bring any food upon checking in. And the noises from the neighbor came through the walls quite clearly; as they are a karaoke pub, we could hear their singing quite clearly.

24-h Check In / Reception.
Excellent Location if you want to be near Katong area.
Cleanliness can be improved.
Bathroom Layout is too tight!
