A unique retreat on Ischia island west coast with private access to the sea
Villa Giò Punta Caruso is immersed in the Mediterranean maquis, which degrades on the rocks until reaching the sea. The property is located in the promontory of Punta Caruso, the westernmost point of the island, stage of breathtaking sunsets.
Surrounded by sea breeze, flower scent and nature colors, it is the ideal place to relax and to focus on your wellbeing. It is an oasis of peace where you can enjoy reading a book in the nature silence and drink a glass of wine during sunset.
Villa Giò Punta Caruso is completely private.
The property has direct access to the sea, and it is equipped with a jacuzzi (available all year) and a natural swimming pool (available only from May until October, length wise is about 8mt, and at its deepest is 1.70mt). In the garden there are several equipped areas and a barbecue.
The house has three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a winter garden dining room.
The Villa offers private parking, Wi-Fi, linen (change of linen during the stay is on request), air conditioning, basic food & beverage storage, home appliances.

Wonderful time, wish it had been longer. All we expected and more. Host greeted us. Showed us the property and clearly had great pride of ownership. Spectacularly views and lots of spaces to relax and enjoy.He arranged to have a private chef come to the home to cook for us and that experience was amazing. He was a fabulous chef with a great personality. It was a very special night for all. Food was delicious and there was lots of it. Highly recommend hiring the chef. Well worth the money!Future improvements I would recommend is a little wider drive in.Cheri

Such a special property! So many comfy places to sit and relax. The paths along the rocks/shore were fun to explore. Gio was a great host and left a lot of provisions in the kitchen. The Prosecco toast upon arrival was a great touch!

In a quiet green excellent location, with beautiful sea view, close to Giardini La Mortella and Negombo Giardini Termali. Very hospitable and friendly host Gio. Strongly recommended! Hope to visit there again!
