The manager has an exceptional customer service skills. She even helped us take photos with her camera. She assisted in recommending places to visit for free and the affordable taxi service we can use. The place is clean and secure. I forgot my ring in the room, they kept it safe and assisted in shipping it to Bloemđđ˝â¤ď¸đđ˝
Please put Wine glasses in the rooms and ice cubes in the fridge please.

Molto sicuro, parcheggio interno nel cortile con parcheggio elettrico, letto comodo e struttura pulita.
Sanitari vecchi. Bisognerebbe fare dei lavori per modernizzare un pò le camere e le aree comuni

The room had a terrace with a nice view. The owner we met on the second day was friendly. It was quiet.
Honestly I don't like to complain or give bad reviews but that furniture in the room was so old and used up. We found a full ashtray on the private terrace of the family room. That shouldn't be. The shower cabin is mouldy, the sheets stained and no staff around on weekends.... Honestly it's a backpackers place and not a luxury hotel but for that money they charge it should definitely be renovated. No offence tho.
