Posizione perfetta vicino alla fermata metro e zona vicinissima a San Pietro. Colazione in camera buona, frigobar capiente, gentilezza dell’host :)
Forse l’unica cosa aria condizionata rumorosa, ma abbiamo sfruttato un ventilatore enorme che ci ha fornito l’host :)

Amazing location and friendly attentive staff. Andrea and Allesandro will go out of their way to ensure you have an amazing holiday
Would be more convenient to have an extra plug for the kettle in the kitchenette area
Some loud conversations on the street on Friday night, but only an issue if you like the windows open

Located on a quite street, with access to many restaurants and shops nearby, Metro is around the corner
less than 5 minute walk away, Vatican 10 minute walk away. Very secure with lift.
Has shutters but found it quite light at night as only net curtains.

The location was very good.
Helpful with getting a taxi to the airport.
The 2nd day was better, that's the day we were leaving.
The place was very dark when we arrived.
There was no sensor light. We had to search for the light switch in an unfamiliar place.
The coffee was lukewarm at breakfast.
The view was poor not what was advertised.
You had to ask for the iron and key for the safe and had to wait on the owner's convenience to get them.
The bathroom stall was dirty.
The lighting in the room was poor.
Not a good experience on our last 2 nights in Italy.
The rating was around 2014 to 2016.
Needs updating.
