Very good quality breakfast items.
Every member of staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, especially the housekeeper on duty in the public toilets this morning (20/09/26).
Last night Jayden made us the best dirty martini I've ever had!
The pillows could do with a pillow protector.

Location
One lift broken other faulty. Cleanliness and general conditions, seemed short staffed, not to expectation given star rating, bathroom not cleaned well, no glasses in room.
