Location great for Dartmouth a smart bistro sryle venue, great accomodation, with Nicky and Mitch being great hosts. Food excellent an enjoyable stay.

If your a light sleeper beware of the chiming bells from St Saviours on the hour throughout the night. You do get used to it, despite this it doesn't detract from a great stay and its facilities.
