Top marks for everything! The location was phenomenal, the room was great and super clean, and the staff was lovely! Even the restaurant downstairs was super good and very popular! Highly recommend staying here.
Only thing to watch out for is the stairs for less mobile individuals. (Not a problem at all for us). The staff offered to help with the luggage, so probably a non-issue for most!

Probably the most convenient location in Bellagio
There were a lot of steps to get to the property and to get to the room (no lift in the building) and overall no view from the windows.

We really loved everything about our stay in Bellagio! We ate breakfast at a cafe near the ferry. The rooms were nice, we had to get two rooms to fit our family. Loved the restaurant below the rooms!!
I wish we could have checked in sooner, but they had their "off" time of the day, which we understood. You do have to take stairs to get to the rooms, but we didn't mind that!

The property is well located.
The property furniture is old. The bathroom is trop small. There isn’t elevator. Although, we are old they put us in the third floor.
