the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has just enough what you need for a simple stay.

old hotel. the room is quite small. i think it’s quite expensive.

The location was good, 2 minute walk to the bus station for the night buses, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean but floors a bit dusty. we used it as a base to explore the area from. nice rooftop bar/restaurant overlooking the city. staff were friendly and always happy to help. we arrived on the night bus and they managed to check us in at 9 am at no extra cost, on check out they allowed us to leave our bags behind reception until our night bus onwards.

breakfast wasn’t very good, it’s a big mixed buffet selection of local/western however most of it was stale and not good. (plenty of other cafe nearby)

The economy room is very dark. We changed room for a better one with real windows.

it was our second time staying before heading to Cambodia. this time we had a room with window. and a bit larger shower. enjoyed the rooftop and the (compared to other accommodations) rich breakfast options.

Room little small

Had a great room on 5th floor. I spent a lot of time there in the aircon (very hot outside) enjoying the lovely view sunrise to sunset across to the river and hills. Big picture windows have effective blackout curtains for the morning. Rooftop 'Panorama' restaurant is a good place for a sunset, but the service is often slow so I usually ate at one of the restaurants close by, particularly the excellent Korean one across the street. The time I arranged room service arrived fast though. Good location on a quiet street close to a clothes/ fruit/ general/market, money changer, on airport side of town. Tour desk downstairs gave good advice and arranged a motorbike rental- there's secure parking around the back for overnight. Amazingly the room had a bathtub with enough hot water to actually enjoy a soak after a day out on the motorbike :)

Everything was good. Would have been utterly brilliant if had a pool :)

great location, good breakfast, the staff is really nice, you could even leave our backpacks there while we have done the loop! the view from the restaurant on the top floor is great!!

A beautiful old colonial hotel well managed to an excellent standard. Hotel slowly being refurbished it will take time. Food on rooftop perfect realistic price wines cannot fault anything. Spotlessly clean throughout. Highly recommend. Breakfast outstanding.

I stayed here in 2019 it has gone down hill . The price they where asking for a room was to much for the finish in the room and hotel.

The location in downtown Pakse was convenient. The self-service breakfast was nice with a variety of choices. We had great Wifi.

There was poor soundproofing. We could hear strong echoes of voices, doors and steps reverberating in the corridors until late at night. It was very disturbing and not relaxing at all. The room was very basic, old-fashioned, and not convenient. The shower was clogged and dirty water was stagnant. The rooftop restaurant lacked intimacy, the staff was overwhelmed and not particularly smiling, and the food was just average. The staff at the breakfast was also not smiling and not focused on customer service. The value for money for Laos was pretty bad.

Great location, comfortable bed, really welcoming and friendly staff. Nice roof top restaurant. I would say it is the best hotel in Pakse

Hot water only lasted a very short time. I had a bath in my room but wasn't able to use it as I would fill it with hot, or even warm water.

Central location, efficient staff, good breakfast.

Economy rooms without windows are very small and not worth the price in my opinion.

Central location. Really comfortable room. Rooftop restaurant has a great view and really good food which is not overpriced. Perfect to watch the sunset. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good.

The hot water doesn't last very long (a few minutes). I had a bath but I wasn't able to fill it with hot water.
