Great room with a view. Comfy beds and a good sized seating area. Lots of restaurants within walking distance to the hotel.
Only one coffee machine, which meant standing awaiting to make a fresh coffee.

Great view. Staff were exceptional especially in the Lounge. Everyone went out of their way to cater for our celiac family member which was a relief as it’s difficult to feel safe with food. Thank you so much.
The food was delicious too.

The pool is a great asset. The staff also. Specially the extra help we got from Masayuki-San. The views from the rooms are also very nice. The food (buffet) was also quite good.
The rooms could be cleaned a bit better Pexiallybon the high parts.
Location is far in a way from Kyoto central. We chose this location due to the outdoor pool.

I consider myself lucky to have found Biwako Hotel:
-A very decent hotel with good facilities: spacious room with all needed supplies. A good balcony with a fantastic view of the lake! I also enjoyed the hot bath place and the restaurants.how ideal for relaxation!
-Very reasonably price.
-The service team is excellent, and they tried their best to assist me.
-It’s convenient to Kyoto, yet it’s in such a serenity. Also comparatively closer to Miho Museum(50 m by car).
I’d like to come again!
Not really, yet, I wish there could be a gym.
