Super clean, great pool, quiet.

Wasn’t anything not to like!

The apartment has enough space, it's clean, tidy, it has a small refrigerator for anyone who cares about it. I like the 2 balconies - they are pretty big, and it's good that there's space to leave your clothes to dry out.

Unfortunately, our stay was a bit disappointing, mainly because of the noise and a few basic service issues. The building is extremely noisy. Because of the way the walls are constructed, you can clearly hear conversations from other apartments. In our apartment, the bathroom window opened directly onto another apartment’s balcony, which felt quite unusual. The doors also made a lot of noise, making it difficult to use the bathroom at night without waking everyone up. There was also a lot of noise during cleaning. I assume it was from the cleaning staff moving things around, although I can’t say for certain. The floors have stone decorations, and items were apparently being dragged across them instead of lifted. This was extremely loud and happened every day during our seven-day stay. The parking situation was also misleading. Although free parking is mentioned on-site, there is no dedicated parking lot. There are just spaces along the sides of the road, so you may find a spot if you’re lucky, but there is no guarantee. Finally, the toilet paper situation was frustrating. We were given only one roll for the entire apartment, with no spare rolls provided. After we ran out, we left the cleaning sign on the door and asked for the room to be tidied. The room was cleaned, but no toilet paper was left. Since it was late and the nearby shops were closed, we had to find the cleaning staff ourselves and ask for another roll. Overall, the apartment had potential, but the noise, parking situation, and lack of basic supplies made the stay much less comfortable than expected.

The pool was very clean. The apartments have brilliant air conditioning. The apartments were very clean, including the showers. There was towels to take down at the pool also, which was a nice touch. Great location close to the beach.

Apartments were gorgeous but not many late-night bars nearby. great family location. We hired a car when we were there (therefore not sure about public transport) and I would definitely recommend it as Crete is a big island to explore.

The toilet bin isn’t easily opened
