Infinity Resort Tropea

The Hotel was clean and the Room and Bathroom were an ideal size. The Pool area was well equipped with Sun Loungers and Deckchairs. There was a lower Beach area,which gave lovely views of the Coastline. The Property is close to the Town and there is a great Beach within a 20-30min Walk from the Hotel.

We stayed for 3 weeks at Infinity Resort Tropea. The resort sits on a cliff overlooking the famous Costa degli Dei (Coast of the Gods), with incredible views of the turquoise sea. From the panoramic pool and terraces, it really feels like you’re floating above the Mediterranean. What we loved most was the tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. Surrounded by nature and just a short drive from Tropea, it’s the perfect place if you want to relax while still being close to one of the most beautiful towns in southern Italy. We had a wonderful stay and we’re treated like royalty by the staff. Thank you everyone for all your care, from the front desk to the ristorante staff, chefs, gardeners, the maids and lifeguard, we were well cared for. We are giving one star less due to the rocky cove and rocks/boulders that refrained us from entering the sea for a swim, which is such a waste. *Rooms are spacious and well cleaned. *Breakfast and food à la carte in the restaurant are amazing, good quality and well thought out. *Every meal was a delicious experience. The service in the restaurant was quick and efficient. Thank you Francesco, Simona, Emma, Anthony, Michele, Emilio and Antonio, we will remember you all fondly. Suggestions: -A small bridge would be appreciated to pass over rocky entrance to swim directly into the sea. - A shuttle bus would be appreciated for guests that don’t drive I.e. to near beaches and Tropea etc.

The shared facilities at the hotel, especially the pool and the adjacent restaurant, are excellent: well-maintained, beautifully designed, and very comfortable.

Our room was a major disappointment. From the first day, we reported a strong sewage smell in the room. The hotel responded by placing a dehumidifier, which may have worsened the issue by pulling more air from the pipes. Sleeping with such odors was very unpleasant. Additionally, one night we had a mouse in our room that we had to chase out ourselves. We later found out that small mice are present in various parts of the hotel. Not recommended for guests who are afraid of rodents. Lastly, on our final day, the cleaning lady insisted on knowing our departure time in a rather abrupt manner, saying she had many rooms to clean. Not the best way to end our stay.
