Plaa's Thansadet Resort

The rooms with fan were really beautiful, small but comfortable with beautiful view. very comfy bed. the restaurant is high with stunning view.

you need to be aware that there are many many (uneven) stairs leading there, and in some places there are water (from sewage!?) running over them.. so its quite a track up and down to the beach. also we all felt the staff there was a bit grumpy or sad.. no smiles..we didnt feel very welcomed..

La casetta in legno è all' altezza delle cime degli alberi su queste rocce granitiche che si affaccia sul mare. Si sente solo natura e nient'altro bellissimo. Le due cale sotto poi quando non c'è tanto vento sono spettacolari.

I posto è il contesto naturale è molto bello, le case sul mare immersi nel bosco con tanti alberi di varie specie è stato incatevole! Mi è piaciuto il luogo rilassante e con una aggiunta di un amava sul terrazzo fa molto piacere ed’é bello! Lo staff molto tranquillo e disponibile! Bello anche il fatto che devi fare a secondo della casetta che si prende vari scalini per arrivare ad esso, sconsiglio di prendere una casetta in alto ma di prenderla sulla spiaggia a chi ha difficoltà motorie altrimenti godetevi tutto l’incanto dall’alto! Siamo stati molto contenti a ps se si sta più giorni conviene affittare un motorino per spostarsi!

Magari solo più manutenzione per le casette in legno, perché ci sono delle tavolette sul terrazzo che si alzano!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The view from the room was really nice. The room was spacious. The restaurant on the terrace was very fascinating and the food was great.

The location is in a very remote area, 30 to 45 mins by scooter to most beaches (apart from Thong Nai Pan Noi and Yai beaches, located on the same side of the island). The property is pretty run-down, many very steep and unsafe steps to get to the bungalows. Definitely can’t go there with kids (no way you can bring a pram up to the bungalows) nor elderly people or anyone with knee injuries. To get to the bungalows, you have to walk on the beach- there is no paved path- then you walk on rocks and then the unsafe and steep steps. At least 3 times we heard little animals scratching their nails between the walls and only on our last day, a little mouse came down the ceiling and off through the room to the toilet. Don’t know why none of the reviews mentions these points.
