We had a wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices.
We also enjoyed exploring the nearby Central Park, G-Tower, and Tri-Bowl. The location made it very convenient to enjoy the surrounding area.

Location was perfect with an amazing view (try the roof top at the sunset), bathroom was nice with a bathtub and space for 2 people
I booked for 3 people on booking.com but I had to pay for an extra bed when I arrived because they don't have 3 beds rooms! an extra charge that was not planned
The ATM didn't give me the cash even though I was debited on my account (but reimbursed afterwards!)

I didnt like that there isnt any assigned staff on the ground floor. I had multiple luggage as I am planning to move to apartment later, so I ended up managing on my own. When you factor in that the check-in lobby is on the 19F moving everything was a hassle.
