Close to everything. Main bed was so comfortable. Friendly customer service
The speaker out the front was really hard to hear the lady talking.
Some of the things in the property are a bit run down and grubby like the couch and the carpets.

The location was great and the views were fantastic.
We were self check-in due to arrival after "reception" had closed. We never did find reception and there was no signage to indicate that we were at Winston Apartments!

The apartment was clean. Staff were helpful and responsive and the views were great.

The location was great, beds were very comfy, pool and spa were great. Staff friendly, views were incredible.
The apartment needs a good clean and refresh.
The wind and drafts were awful and everything creaked it was very loud and my 7yo was scared. . Instructions were a bit tricky but fine once it was all done once.

Second bed was a portable bed, I originally booked and paid for a 2 bedroom apartment but was downgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment and was reimbursed $50 because of some issue with the booked room

love staying here with my fam great location tram stop out front to get around so easy to get to ether MCG or Marvel stadiums

The Property was in a fair location and the view from my floor #50 was quite nice.
The beds were well made and comfortable.
Bathrooms were clean
Everywhere except he beds and the bathrooms were filthy.
Dust and small bits of rubbish everywhere on the floor, stains on the sofa and carpet.
The kitchen benchtops were also filthy.
Oven still had a plate of days old food in it which stunk out the whole apartment.
Range hood and fans didn't work, cooking was a precarious task that involved opening all the windows and praying the smoke alarms didn't go off.

It was very hard to get into. No Hotel name, only the number. Couldn't get intercom to work. There weren't any instructions beforehand to let us know what we had to do.

Great location, close to train station, and tram stop outside
Limited kitchen supplies, cupboards in kitchen up very high (difficult to reach), air conditioner impossible to work, lots of wear and tear

Some of the room facilities like the shower could do with an upgrade.

Great location. Beds were comfy. Great view.
The apartment and facilities need work. Rotting wood etc. apartment needs a deep clean. We also found a vape and used cotton bud under the bed.
Great stay, and staff. Just needs a little work.

didnt realise we had to lock the door as we closed it. would be good to be told as hotel room doors usually lock when closed.

The view was to die for. rooms were comfortable and clean.Loved the in room washing facilities. Located right on the free tram line made getting around super easy. The lady running things was wonderfully helpful.
The entrance to the building was a little unclear in what appeared to be a half unused building. it really needed better down stairs signage. Once we new where to go to reception (33rd floor) it was all ok.

Great location and swimming pool was nice.
Both bedrooms need a/c, and living area a/c is not stron enough for hot 37degree day. It was very uncomfortable on the first night.

It’s centrally located in Melbourne city. You can take free teams to many areas as it’s within the free team zone.
The carpet is stained while a corner of the wall is damaged without repair. No deposit was deducted as we reported these to the staff.

The view, the cleanliness, the kitchen, the laundry, the Netflix, and the location. The customer service was also excellent.
