Excellent location, overlooking the entrance to Herculaneum ruins. Helpful & friendly staff. Breakfast typical continental. Large outdoor terrace for drinking / smoking / relaxing. No manned bar, just order drinks at reception & they bring them up to you. Plenty of local restaurants / bars / cafes / shops. Train station (all uphill) approx 15/20 mins walk, for trains to Pompeii or Naples. Excellent taxi service for Naples airport or train station.
There is a lift for luggage only, to the first floor. After that you have to carry your cases up the further flights. Lack of electrical sockets in the room.

Fantastic location across the street from Archeological entrance! Joyful welcoming host at the front desk gave us a map and great Information and dining options! We were able to store our luggage before check in. Big spacious room and marble bathroom! Lovely rooftop seating softly lit for evening relaxation and conversation. Very lovely full breakfast with a live TV screen showing views of the Mediterranean.
1) Gentle but long up hill walk from the Archeological Park (and hotel) to the train station. 2) Beware careful of walking to the bathroom in the dark - there was one step down / up in our room.

Ideal location directly opposite the entrance to the archaeological site. Comfortable 5' wide bed. Actual drawers to put clothes in which seems to be becoming a rarity! Small balcony. Breakfast "continental" - adequate for a 2/3* hotel. The town of Ercolano is built on a hill (courtesy of Vesuvius) so it's downhill from the station about 1 kilometer. Good economical choice for 1 night.
Bathroom cramped. Shower cubicle 700mm square and this was a "superior" room.

La posizione davanti agli scavi di Ercolano.
Le camere sono datate e poco pulite. Nelle lenzuola erano presenti peli e capelli, uno aveva un buco e in tutti c'era qualche macchia.
La colazione era poco varia e con prodotti di scarsa qualità.
