Location, cleanliness
At booking, 3 rooms we requested for all rooms at ground floors as most of us are seniors but one room with double bed was upstairs supposed to be for the couple who wants privacy but have mobility problem and can't climb stairs. We have to let them stay in the ground floor room with 2 double beds with companion, no more privacy. We went to reception but our request was not granted. The receptionish was not nice.

The location was great, we were in Bowral to see the tulips and it was a very close walk to Corbett Gardens. We caught the train from Sydney and the station was also very close.
We had dinner at the pizzeria on the first night and the pizzas were delicious.
The staff on check in were not friendly or welcoming.
