Bon petit déjeuner, personnel extremement serviable, belle vue, belle terasse.

Le seul bémol est que l'hotel est situé tout au haut de la montagne. C'est toute une monté à pieds. Ceux qui ne sont pas 100% en forme physique devrait s'abstenir. Três, três difficile à monter !

Excellent stay at Mansion. Jorge was so friendly and helpful with arranging drivers and activities. The entire staff was awesome! Perfect view and location up on the hill looking down in the city. I’d highly recommend Mansion San Miguel.

It sits on top of a hill, which gave it wonderful views bits workout.

The property is beautiful! Quite a small boutique hotel but very picturesque. There is a terrace where guests can bring their own drinks or food, since they do not have a bar or restaurant on site. The view is beautiful from it though and lots of seating. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. They are willing to help with anything you may need on your stay. There is a light breakfast included, which was very convenient since the hotel is about 10 minutes on foot from most restaurants/cafes.

The only thing people should consider before booking is the fact that the hotel in on a hill. The walk up can be a struggle for some. The price, overall location and quality of the hotel made it up for us. But do keep in mind.

It is a steep walk uphill to the hotel from the center for any person with walking difficulties like the elderly. I didn’t mind the walk but for my mother we got a taxi to go back.

Beautiful building with a courtyard and roof top. Room was big and nice. Hotel was quiet and secure.

Breakfast provided (yogurt, fruit, granola, toast) was tasty but more options would have been nice. Room was a little far from central SMDA. The walk was pretty long and uphill. Some stretches of the walk were pretty desolate which wasn’t great at night at a single female traveler. I never was unsafe but would have been more comfortable in an area with a little more foot traffic.

We had a wonderful stay- the hotel is beautiful and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The rooftop lounge area was a nice place to catch the sunset with a gorgeous view. We loved walking into the center of town and didn’t mind the steep hill on the way home too much. It was good exercise!

The breakfast could have had more options. We are Vegan so we couldn’t eat the pastries. Some fresh fruit would have been nice. Also, the hot tub was really nice the first night, but felt a little dirty. The second night the water was very cloudy so we didn’t go in.

Serene setting and beauty of courtyard and rooftop views. Good location for bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Air conditioner did not cool the room enough for sleeping, kept getting up to 25 degrees C.

Great secret- the sunset views from the rooftop here are better than the best rooftops in downtown. Plus there is a hot tub and you don't have to spend a bunch of money on food you can have your own sunset picnic. Rooms were big. Continental breakfast was not stingy like many hotels (Casa Hoyos has a terrible breakfast for example). Ample fruit, high quality granola, good portions of yogurt. Attentive staff rushing to bring you everything you need. Nice biscuits. The walk up the hill is a good workout so if you have mobility issues this might not be the stay for you. I liked the exercise.

Better drainage in shower but I am sure that can be fixed!

Spacious room and bathroom. Beautiful common areas to lounge in. The Mansion is a former home in an affluent neighborhood. Beautiful property and a stunning rooftop deck to see the entire town and sunset. Jorge was exceptionally helpful w information and arranging car/driver for us both before we arrived and while we were there. Great recommendations for places to go or eat in the city.

The rooftop deck was a fantastic place to relax and enjoy views of SMA. Our room was spacious. Fresh fruit in the morning was delicious and so was the coffee. The location is quiet and a pleasant walk to the center.

I felt like communication could have been better. At the time I booked, I don’t recall parking being an extra 200 MXN per day. The included breakfast is fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and two small pastries. Hot menu items like eggs can be purchased for an additional fee. It would be nice to be informed this upon check in. We only found this out from other guests. The WiFi was weak and intermittent from our room. Towels by the jacuzzi were not restocked for at least two days. The credit card machine was down when we checked out. This always seems a little suspicious. We really enjoyed the property, but there are small improvements in service and amenities that would make the experience a 10/10.
