Pochissimi servizi ed attività per un Ostello così costoso , ha un ottimo potenziale ma tutto un po’ lasciato andare , nota positiva per il punto bar ma probabilmente è tenuto bene perché è aperto anche al pubblico esterno.

posizione perfetta vicino alla stazione autobus e treni, in centro storico e a due passi dalla playa della Concha, personale molto accogliente e attento, letti molto comodi con sistema braccialetto chip di chiusura/apertura per il cassetto in cui depositare i propri effetti, buona pulizia

non è prevista la colazione e nemmeno una convenzione con il bar aperto nella corte dell’ostello, tra l’altro molto buono

First of all let me say that the staff were fantasticly friendly, kind and helpful. There was a nice vibe at the hostel. The location was also super nice. 5 minutes to walk to the beach, and another 5 minutes to Old Town. It was also super clean. We were four guys staying in a quadruple room with bunk beds. The room was also nice in a way. But two things sort of ruined it. Firstly the noise from the street. The room was so warm that we had to have both the windows open. The noise from people walking by, shouting, from cars and especially from street sweeper trucks made it hard to fall asleep, and woke us up several times during the night. The hostel had provided earplugs which certainly helped, but it was still an issue. There was a fan in the room, that really did help with the temperature. The other big issue was the bunk bed itself. It was a kind if metal frame that was extremely wiggely. When one person moved just a tiny bit, the other person above/below wiggeled like we were sleeping on jelly. This also woke us up several times. The mattress itself was very comfortable though. The issue with the noise from the street I understand that it is difficult for the hostel to solve. The location is where it is, and it is a very attractive location with the proximity to everything. And as mentioned they even provided earplugs. But the wiggely bed issue feels like it could easily be solved by the hostel by having a better bed, or maybe even just tightening some screws in this particular bed (I don't know if the other bunk beds have a similar issue. For referance for the hostel, this was the bunk bed on the left side in room). All in all I would say we had a positive experience staying at A room in the city. And very good value for the price! The staff were so positive! They helped us getting hold of our luggage that was missing after our flights and they let us borrow beach towels for free. If you're a light sleeper though, be weary.
