The only down fall of this hotel there wasn't any elevator, I had to make two trips with my luggages...

Beautiful property, excellent pool area. Surprisingly well priced bar at the pool. Beautiful room, we had the junior suite with balcony. Barely any noise from inside the hotel, which was a first for our stay in Mexico. Friendly staff, helped with our special request to connect the TV in our room to internet so we could watch Netflix.

If your room is facing Av Constituyentes then expect loud traffic noise in your room starting from around 6-7AM each morning.

Night receptionist was very rude. All the rest of staff were lovely. He charged me USD to have a friend come in for 10 minutes to my room while we sorted some travel arrangements

You are entering into an oase of silence, nature,… in the middle of the crowded city center. So peacefull. If preferred you can go to the beach or enjoy swimming in the pool with a cocktail . the staff is very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are spacious , clean, nicely decorated, everything you need is available. Breakfast was amazing, so many choises, fresh made omelet by the chef , juices, fruit , vegetables woow Keep in mind they do not have an elevator and the hotel has 3 floors if needed request a room on main floor.

Stylish and comfortable

The hotel was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful with all our questions. Location was great and it was easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and to the beach. Don't let the busy street fool you, because when you enter the hotel, it is a small paradise removed from the busy street outside. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Would absolutely stay here again.

I would request a room farther from the entrance of the hotel the next time we would stay here.

Warning that they take a copy of your credit card with a copy machine for diposit which is totally unsafy and probably illigal.

Great Aircon. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool. Excellent breakfast with freshly prepared customised omelette. Location excellent and with secure parking, so felt safe and could walk to restaurants, supermarket, and tourist strip/shops.

I’ve stayed here many of times before because it is always clean and well located and quit.

They used to give breakfast free and this recently changed. The breakfast has always been good, but now you need to choose a room on booking site that includes breakfast. They now charge $10 per day per person breakfast if you don’t book it ahead of time. This change I do not like and while I have stated here several times before, it may cause me to choose a different location that includes breakfast. I will say that the front desk was not accommodating as they usually are but the Manager was very accommodating when I complained.

- No elevators (no problem for us but maybe when you’re older) + staff didn’t help people with their luggage - Kinda pricey - We booked a taxi via the hotel, which turned out to be double the price of booking a normal taxi. Kinda felt ripped off unfortunately. But overall: nothing wrong with the hotel! Would def go again.

Very beautiful scenery. Perfect location. Close to mail street 5th ave. But just a few Streets away so you didnt hear the noise. Close to beach. Breakfast was good and offerets Many different options. Good restaurant for lunch. Cheap. Happy hour at 4-7 pm was Great. 2 drinks for 100 pesos.

Was not happy about hvong to wear a hotel bracelet for the whole time we were there. We were going at a wedding and was dressing up - didnt quite dit the jewelry
