Proximity to public transport bus and tram, 10 minutes to the beach front at Glenelg on the tram
Snitzel night Wednesday's for $22 including sauce we had garlic prawn, 6 big prawns in plenty of sauce on the side
Bed was okay
No lift to first floor
Squeaky floorboards
No accessible tap to fill kettle without effort
Aircon filters dirty ( 26 degree day turned fan up bits kept hitting me on the bed)
I reported to reception immediately and filters were cleaned the following morning
but pretty yuck 🤢

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food quality at the restaurant was amazing. Clean spacious rooms. I loved the convenience of the location to the major shopping centre.
A minor detail to note is that the floorboards creak slightly at times as you walk

I originally booked for only one night, ended up staying for an extra three nights. The food was exceptional, and the Caesar Salad was one of the best I've had, and I've had a few. A really enjoyable stay.
The price of the Alcoholic Ginger Beer !!
