Hotel con buena ubicación. Las habitaciones están bien, limpias, baño amplio. El wifi funciona bien. El restaurante muy recomendado, comida muy rica y bien de precio.

Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente, salía poca y duraba poco, es algo que tienen que cambiar.

The TV sound too lound at 10/11pm, from the terrace. And we can hear when someone move a chair. Maybe the staff more smiling ☺️.

La limpieza y amplitud de las instalaciones. El personal fue muy hospitalario y prepararon todo según nuestro gusto y preferencias. Padam, el jefe del hotel estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Además, nos organizaron un safari y excursión al desierto super bien organizada y en una ruta nada masificada: éramos los únicos en la ruta.

Tamanho do quarto. Era espaçoso. Eles me deram um upgrade no quarto. O gerente do hotel deu todas as informações necessárias para visitar os locais turísticos. Todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos. O hotel é muito limpo e tem uma cobertura onde você pode relaxar e apreciar a vista. O restaurante na cobertura é incrível e com um bom preço. O hotel providenciou um táxi para me pegar na estação. Parabéns para toda a equipe.

Room is too big and cleans also the view of Fort is so awesome from room and Rooftop. All the staff members are so kind and always welcoming you with smile, Owner of hotel is also humble and give personal number for any kind of help. This is the best hotel in Jaisalmer. When you are planning to travel to Jaisalmer only book Lal Garh Palace and leave all the other activity on them. They provide you desert safari and Border tour packages at cheap price.

The Lal Garh Hotel offers great views of the fort with good facilities in a convenient location. On top of this the staff went out of their way to make our stay a very enjoyable one. The swimming pool was open and provided a welcome oasis in the heat of the day. The WiFi worked well across the premises. The food in the restaurant was good and the rooftop was one of the best places to eat in Jaisalmer. We went on a desert safari - facilitated by the hotel. It was excellent. The team, led by Padam and Papu, was knowledgeable and accommodating. It was magical. The hotel made the whole experience frictionless - a late check out enabled a 1500 departure, and we were allowed early access to our room the day after. Special mentions: the early morning transfer to the train station; and getting a pay per view subscription so I could watch the cricket. Really very good.

It was a pity that the tandoor was not working on the restaurant

Het is een prachtig hotel met super vriendelijke mensen. Het binnen zwembad was ook top! VVVWe konden na onze woestijn Safari nog gratis gebruik maken van een kamer om om te kleden en zelf nog even een plons in het zwembad te doen. Ik raad het zeer zeker aan om hier te boeken. 🐪♥️ Ps. Purtroppo da una grata del bagno, che non era possibile chiudere, entravano piume di piccione e polvere di guano col vento della sera. Abbiamo ridotto, per motivi personali, indipendenti dall'hotel, il nostro soggiorno di una notte, chiedendo in anticipo e ottenendo il benestare della struttura. Purtroppo la cosa ha indispettito alcuni del personale e soprattutto il direttore... Poco professionali da questo punto di vista. Un peccato.

All the amenities provided were good, the location is near the city and fort, this place has a different vibe and feels refreshed. The property was extremely safe and clean, the atmosphere was serene and home like, we were comfortable as we are at home, the cleanliness was striking, beautifully maintained swimming pool, peaceful place too, if you are looking for a peaceful and spiritual environment, Lal Garh is the best place.

It's was good well over the hospitality of staff in this hotel they were all time ready for co-operation this matters.

This is undoubtedly one of the best hotel in Jaisalmer under budget category.! The overall ambience and hotel décor is great! Room were very neat and clean each and every facilities were there all we needed! Any time when we ask for anything were provided within minutes!

Staff were super helpful with recommendations and helping us organise our travels. Breakfast was tasty. It was also all very reasonable.

Non- Everything is Great!

This hotel is a gem - looks beautiful inside out. The facilities are great...there's even a swimming pool area which looks amazing too, there's also rooftop restaurant with a view of the fort. The rooms are super comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff is very helpful, and they helped me organize a last-minute desert trip as well! Traveling as a solo female I was a bit worried about going into the desert alone, without other tourists, but my guides Santos and Kem were super sweet and reassuring so I honestly felt safe and protected at all times.

This is a general feedback to India probably - but I often felt that when I had to ask for help, although hotel staff would be really nice and provide solutions...this would often come at a financial disadvantage to me, which is a local policy I guess. But somehow I thought that the hotel would be a bit of a different environment, so all in all it just felt like you can really never lower your guard in India, not even at hotels. Just be mindful of that.
