The facility was as expected. There were no surprises. We felt it was not overrepresented; it had sensible access to wash and dryer facilities.
We needed a warning about coins being needed to operate the washer and dryers, but most businesses nearby would not give us coins!!
Another guest or longer-stay client was smoking, and it was disgusting. It is not allowed, and the management did nothing about it; they said they were investigating and did nothing out of fear. We were VERY let down by this. In fact, we were made to feel as if we were wrong and the smoking guest had rights; this was totally disgusting behaviour.
