Prestige Grand Hotel & Aquapark - All Inclusive

Conveniently location, spacious room, great variety of food. All staff were nice and polite.

It was wonderful place with very good services. My room was quite and spacious, with great view to the sea. I’m very satisfied.

I liked everything.

The hotel offers what is stated in the description. We got quite a big room with large balcony. The rooms were cleaned each day. The all-inclusive buffet was good and had a variety of foods. There were even thematic dinners (local an European). A playground near the dining area was very good if you want to spend a little bit more time enjoying your food while the child was playing. The hotel has 3 pools, a very small gym and a gaming room. The beach (public beach) was at ~10 min of walking. The fact that you could use facilities of the other 2 hotels in the group that were nearby is also a big plus.

The hotel requires some renovations. I am sure that when it was built/renovated was excellent but not looks old. The tiles are degraded, event breaking away in some areas and in the pool the are decolored. The lobby looks amazing but this is in big contrast with the rooms that requires furniture adjustment and for example in the bathroom we had a curtain in the shower area and also the tiles look old. The cutlery looked very, very cheap and there were cheap plastic glasses for every drink, nothing reusable or so. The billiard tables were damaged and also the playground, even if the swing and sliders were new and very nice, they were located on an improvised area.
